A New Jersey Wedding Photographer servicing NJ, NY & PA.
Jenn and Geoff’s got married in August and the days leading up to the wedding the forecast just keep calling for rain, but fortunately on their day there was not a single drop AND they got an incredible sunset to go with it.
You see, Jenn’s wedding was extra special for me. This is because about a year before I had the honor of photographing her sister’s wedding. It is so special to me when family’s decide to welcome me back for their special days.
Olde Homestead is absolutely stunning. It’s of course a golf course but everywhere is beautiful.
We started off with a first look with Jenn’s dad but Jenn and Geoff wanted to have a traditional look down the aisle. So we waited for them to see each other at the ceremony. Their ceremony was so emotional and full love. They had a portion where the officiant asked where they see themselves in 5 years. Geoff answered “that they had won the lottery”. Everyone of course laughed, but what even funnier was their officiant gifted both Jenn and Geoff a scratch off at the end of their ceremony. You know…so they could make that dream a reality lol!
We did family photos and a few couple portraits after the ceremony but then Jenn and Geoff headed over to their cocktail hour since that was most important to them!
Once cocktail hour was over we headed into the barn for the reception. It was beautiful, full of boho inspired florals and a neon sign with the new last name – Ryan. We had parent dances & dinner and then the couple and I snuck out for sunset!
Remember I said they had a bomb sunset…
After sunset we headed back in for cake, dancing and PARTY (oh and late night icecream and pretzels)!! Their wedding was an absolute blast and I wish Jenn and Geoff nothing but happiness in this next chapter.
