Some sessions are extra special—and this one absolutely was. Josh and Tatyana are not just clients, they’re friends, which made documenting their engagement in the city feel even more meaningful.

We met up in the heart of NYC and wandered through the charming streets of the West Village, joined by their adorable pup, Dill. Between brownstone stoops, cobblestone corners, and bursts of spring greenery, we created a gallery of moments that felt romantic, effortless, and so them.

Their love for each other is easy to see—playful, relaxed, and full of laughter. We ran through the streets (truly, ran at some points!), paused for intimate portraits tucked among ivy-covered walls, and let the city be our backdrop.

And because no perfect New York day is complete without a slice, we wrapped things up with a quick stop for pizza—cheesy, greasy, delicious perfection.

This session was such a reflection of who they are as a couple: joyful, stylish, and always down for a little adventure (and a snack). So grateful I got to be the one to capture it all. Can’t wait to celebrate them in Mexico!
